i am not kidding around. I am looking for a pure pvp badass. There must be one out there. I am talking about all race race.
something like
25m gunnery
15-20m missile
50m space command
max navigation
13m mechanics
13m engineering
13m+ drones
13m+ elentronic
And as little indy skill as possible. Indy include pve **** like maurder 5.
For a truly perfect toon. I am open to breaking my budget and going further but thats got to be one epic toon.
500m isk bumping price, This will be given when I finally find a toon, I will pick a random person.

amazing amount of sp. just a shame on what he used it on. I can see why he is asking 100b+ but to be frank, i have seen 130m sp toon that do more for me than his toon does. Not what I am looking for.
I won't pay 100b+ just for sp in many crap places

thank u but its also an important point
the more isk a toon is worth the harder it wil be to resell. 50-60b is quite hard, so how hard would 100b+, it will take a very long time. a toon reseller is also about buying and selling fast and making that profit.
i would be a fool if i took my isk and basically made it usless for weeks to resell for a tiny profit, compared to say i can buy 2-3 toons with the same isk and make a lot more. its pretty simple.
I am buying to keep but yeah if i decide to sell its my bloody choice.
